Delivery Information
We offer “to the Door” delivery by our carrier as you specify in the shipping address. We ship to Hong Kong and worldwide (except China). For China customers, please visit our Tmall store. For Hong Kong customers, you can also visit our physical stores.
Hong Kong Local Orders
Shipping Fee and Handling Fee. Shipping charge is flat at HK$35 if your net order is below HK$500. You can enjoy free delivery if your net order is HK$500 or above. If the package is returned due to incorrect details or unable to locate receiver or rejection by receiver, you will be responsible for the redelivery cost. And we will charge a handling fee for HK$50 when you cancel an order for the returned package. All the shipping fee and parcel handling-related charges will not be refunded.
Order Process & Handling. Your order will usually be processed within 48 hours before dispatch to SF express for delivery. Order during the promotion period will have a longer processing time within 5 to 7 working days .
Delivery Time Estimate. Delivery time is estimated to be 1-3 days after dispatch but it cannot be guaranteed. Payment and address verification may take extra working days and delay the processing of your order. Delivery service by our carrier is normally from 9am-6pm, during weekdays, except public holidays in Hong Kong.
Delivery & Recipient. Delivery will be made by SF Express for shopping here. A signature is generally required for most deliveries, or with tracking service, or you will be contacted by the carrier with alternate instructions for picking up your package in the event that no one is available to receive delivery. Customer who wishes to receive multiple orders with same address simultaneously must inform customer service in advance. If you entrust others to receive the packet on your behalf, SATAMI would not bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage if the name of recipient signed is not the buyer's.
Shipping Address. Please ensure that the shipping address and the receiver’s name are correct. If you like to use Self-pickup service at “S.F. Store”or “SF Locker”, filling in your mobile number is a MUST. You are also required to write the corresponding address and store code of your pickup point. (example : 852LCL Shop 53A, G/F, Kwai Chung Plaza, Kwai Chung, N.T. )
International Orders (except China)

If you cannot find your delivery location from the menu, please Contact us. If the package is returned due to incorrect details or unable to locate receiver or rejection by receiver, you will be responsible for the redelivery cost. And we will charge a handling fee for HK$50 when you cancel an order for the returned package. All the shipping fee and parcel handling-related charges will not be refunded.

Shipping Address. Please ensure that the shipping address and the receiver’s name are correct. No P. O. Box or Hotel addresses will be accepted as shipping address.
Tax. Customs or import duties applied to the parcel upon reaching its destination are outside SATAMI's control, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We always include a customs declaration or commercial invoice which has the same value of the products purchased. We are legally unable to enter any other value or mark orders as gifts. All customers shall take into account whether taxes and duty apply before ordering. Customer who rejects to receive the parcel due to customs and import duties by the deadline, the parcel will be abandoned by the destination's carrier. NO REFUND will be made for the entire order and shipping charge. To determine the potential cost in advance, please contact your local customs office.
How to shop SATAMI Online
Step 1 - You can either browse through our online shop to choose what you like, or you can use our “Get Fitted” online service to let us recommend the products and sizes that may suit you.
Step 2 - Click on products you like for a closer look and extra details.
Step 3 - If you want to purchase any item, select the size that you think fit or if you used our “Get Fitted” online service, you will have your own “Personal Shop” with all our professionally recommended products and sizes for you to choose from easily. Then just click “Add to Bag”.
Step 4 - Continue shopping or complete your purchase by clicking “Checkout” in “My Bag” at the top menu bar. Then follow the steps which will guide your through the rest.
An automatically generated email acknowledging the receipt of your order will be sent to you shortly.
Wish List. If you would like to purchase an item at a later date, you can use the Wish List option. This allows you to keep track of products you like for later dates.
Order Status. To check the status of a current order, sign in to your account and select "View your order history" at "My Orders". Click on Order Number to view its details.
Out of Stock Items. In case that we run out of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you that the item has been removed from your order. You will not be charged for merchandise that is not shipped.
One Shipping Address Per Order. Only one shipping address can be entered per order.
Payment Methods. We use PayPal and Alipay as payment gateways, which accept VISA, MasterCard and America Express credit cards. Please note that Alipay will be the only payment gateway at checkout if you choose Renminbi (RMB) as currency. All other currencies will be paid via PayPal.
Currency. All prices are displayed in your preferred currency for payment. You may select any available currencies, i.e., Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or US dollars (USD), Renminbi (RMB) and more, from the dropdown list at top.
Cancellation/Amendment of Order. You cannot make changes to any order once you placed it. You can cancel your order before it is shipped, but in no case later than 24 hours from order. You will receive full refund but the time depends on your bank or card issuer. We will email you to confirm order cancellation.
