Wash & Care

“We strongly advise to hand-wash our products for better maintenance of the shape, functions and durability.”

Undergarments/shapewear/bras should be hand-washed for better maintenance of its original shape and durability. The power of washing machines varies and may cause differential pressure and torsion on the undergarments resulting in damage.

Deep/Dark coloured- and light/white coloured- garments shall be washed separately.

Never tumble-dry the undergarments and/or expose them to prolonged direct sunlight, as unwanted shrinkage, change of shape or colour-fading may result.

In case you need to machine wash, you shall use proper protection such as meshed washing bags with plastic trims designed for lingerie use before placing in the washing machine. You should also avoid overloading the washing bag by placing too many undergarments at one time.

After hand-washed the undergarments, you should squeeze out excess water before allowing them to drip-dry. Undergarments shall be hung on both sides. Hanging undergarment on single side may cause shape change due to prolonged water-mass exerted on the garment.

Moulded-cup bras such as T-shirt bras are prone to damage by machine wash. The fibres of moulded cups may be broken by strong pulling and torsion and are irrecoverable causing permanent change of shape. Hence, you should avoid machine-washing this type of bras. Instead, you should hand-wash them for better protection and durability.

Soft-cup bras /Multi-parts sewn bras/ QQ fabrics bras are usually large cups bras, with longer and large curvature underwire. Longer wires with larger curvature are more prone to damage by machine-wash. Under severe conditions, the underwire may be distorted and poking through the covering fabrics. Hence, you should avoid machine-washing this type of bras. Instead, you should hand-wash them for better protection and durability.

Shapewear/compression garments are made of elastic fabrics which are more prone to damage by softeners, prolonged stretching and residual of body fluids such as sweat. You should hand-wash this type of garments every time after use. In case you decide to machine-wash them, you should use proper protection such as meshed washing bags as mentioned above to minimise the pulling and torsion from the washing machine.

Seamless products shall not be machine-washed without proper protection such as meshed washing bags with plastic trims. You shall never reverse any seamless products for wash as the close-stitching is usually located on the inside of the garments. Machine-wash them reverse may cause irrecoverable damage if the close-stitching is damaged.
